Review: Caudalie Beauty Elixir – Eau de Beaute

Caudalie Beauty Elixir, my secret beauty weapon.

When we talk about Beauty Elixir the first brand that comes to my mind is: Caudalie. The french brand has gained so many hearts with products specialized in skin care. A few weeks ago I surrendered to the brand’d charms and bought my first one to try out.

Usually when I get skin care products, I try for a few weeks before share my experience and this one I didn’t do any different, so finally today I’m ready to share my thoughts about the Caudalie beauty elixir.

The Beauty elixir is composed of 100% natural ingredients and oils of rose, myrrh, rosemary and its main ingredient Grapes, After using every day during 3 weeks I realized that my skin was looking much better, with smaller pores and less oiliness even in the warm days.

It is very easy to apply the product, you only need to spray all over your face.  You can use before you apply makeup like a makeup primer, between the foundation and the powder. My favorite way is in the end to give a radiant finish and take away that “mask” aspect of your foundation, merging the foundation with your skin, making everything look natural and radiant. The kind of red carpet glow haha.  I say that this little bottle is a magic potion because I’ve never seen such good results on my skin in such a short time.

After a few weeks the appearance of my skin has been gaining significant improvement  and looks so healthy and luminous, without anything else. Most of the oily parts are under control and my makeup lasts longer even without setting spray. If you have oily skin this is definitely a most have in your every day bag.

The spray valve also did not go unnoticed, unlike the conventional valves it has a very wide jet that spreads evenly, making it easier to spread the product all over the face and avoiding any waste of product.

The Beauty Elixir comes in two different sizes options, one with 3.4 FL. OZ and a travel size version with 1FL. OZ. Now I have to tell a bit about the downside, the PRICE. The biggest one cost $49 here and the small one $18 here. The price is a little bit to much if we compare with other high end skin care products, but honestly worth each penny, because this magic potion works miracles in the skin.
